  • Graphics;

  • Packaging;

  • Collection concepts;

  • Promotional materials;

  • Brand presentations;

  • Character concepts;

  • Mascots;

are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.

No protected content may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, displayed, transmitted, sold, licensed, or commercially exploited without authorization from the applicable rights holder, except as permitted by law.

4. TRADEMARK NOTICE

The following names, slogans, logos, and related brand identifiers may constitute trademarks, service marks, trade names, or other proprietary brand assets of Icon Teez LLC or their respective rights holders:

Use of these assets without authorization is prohibited except where permitted by applicable law.

5. NO IMPLIED LICENSE

Accessing the Icon Teez Marketplace does not grant any ownership interest or commercial license in Icon Teez intellectual property.

Nothing contained on the Marketplace should be interpreted as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, a license or right to commercially use any:

  • Trademark;

  • Copyright;

  • Logo;

  • Artwork;

  • Photograph;

  • Product design;

  • Graphic;

  • Brand name;

  • Slogan; or

  • Other intellectual property

without prior authorization from the applicable owner.

6. PROHIBITED USE OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless expressly authorized in writing, users may not:

  • Reproduce Icon Teez artwork;

  • Copy apparel graphics;

  • Manufacture merchandise using Icon Teez designs;

  • Sell counterfeit Icon Teez products;

  • Alter Icon Teez logos;

  • Remove copyright or trademark notices;

  • Redistribute proprietary digital files;

  • Upload protected files to resale or file-sharing platforms;

  • Use Icon Teez artwork in print-on-demand stores;

  • Create derivative commercial merchandise from protected designs;

  • Sell unauthorized reproductions;

  • Represent themselves as affiliated with Icon Teez;

  • Use Icon Teez branding in misleading advertising; or

  • Use Icon Teez intellectual property to create competing commercial merchandise.

Icon Teez LLC reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law.

7. COUNTERFEIT AND UNAUTHORIZED MERCHANDISE

The manufacture, sale, distribution, promotion, or importation of unauthorized merchandise bearing Icon Teez branding, artwork, designs, or protected intellectual property may constitute infringement.

Icon Teez LLC reserves the right to take appropriate action concerning suspected counterfeit or unauthorized merchandise, including seeking:

  • Removal of infringing listings;

  • Marketplace takedowns;

  • Social-media takedowns;

  • Cease-and-desist relief;

  • Recovery of available damages;

  • Injunctive relief; and

  • Other remedies available under law.

8. DIGITAL CONTENT

Digital files purchased or accessed through Icon Teez Marketplace remain protected intellectual property unless expressly stated otherwise.

Purchase of a digital product generally grants only the license identified with that product.

Purchase does not automatically transfer:

  • Copyright ownership;

  • Trademark ownership;

  • Commercial reproduction rights;

  • Resale rights;

  • Sublicensing rights; or

  • Ownership of underlying artwork.

Digital-product customers must comply with any separate license terms supplied with the product.

9. EDUCATIONAL AND HISTORICAL CONTENT

Certain Icon Teez products may contain educational, historical, cultural, biographical, or heritage-oriented content.

Icon Teez endeavors to present such information responsibly and accurately.

However, historical interpretation can evolve, and information derived from public historical records, biographies, educational sources, archival materials, or cultural scholarship may be subject to revision, differing interpretations, or additional discoveries.

Educational content provided through Icon Teez should not be treated as the exclusive or definitive scholarly authority on any historical subject.

10. REFERENCES TO HISTORICAL OR PUBLIC FIGURES

Icon Teez products may reference historical figures, public figures, cultural figures, events, movements, inventions, achievements, or historical contributions for purposes such as:

Icon Teez reserves the right to correct errors and update information subject to applicable law.

  • Cybersecurity issues;

  • Payment-platform disruptions;

  • Internet outages;

  • Third-party failures; or

  • Other operational circumstances.

Icon Teez may modify, suspend, or discontinue Marketplace features where appropriate.

16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Icon Teez Marketplace may interact with independent providers involving:

  • Payment processing;

  • Website hosting;

  • Shipping;

  • Fulfillment;

  • Print-on-demand manufacturing;

  • Email;

  • Analytics;

  • Social media;

  • Advertising;

Icon Teez is not responsible for the independent conduct of unaffiliated third parties except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Icon Teez does not necessarily control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party websites merely because a link appears on the Marketplace.

Customers should review the applicable policies of third-party websites.

18. USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

Customers or visitors may be permitted to submit:

  • Photographs;

  • Testimonials;

  • Comments;

  • Product feedback;

  • Suggestions; or

Users remain responsible for ensuring they have the rights necessary to submit such material.

Icon Teez respects intellectual-property rights.

Submitting a complaint does not automatically establish infringement.

22. TERMS OF SERVICE

Use of the Marketplace is also governed by the Icon Teez Marketplace™ Terms of Service.

If a matter addressed in this Legal Notice is also covered by the Terms of Service, the documents should be interpreted together.

Where legally permitted, a more specific product, transaction, or licensing term may control over a general statement.

23. SHIPPING

Physical merchandise purchased through the Marketplace is subject to the Icon Teez Marketplace™ Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Shipping times, production periods, carrier information, split shipments, print-on-demand fulfillment, and delivery procedures are addressed in that policy.

24. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Purchases may also be governed by the Icon Teez Marketplace Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should review applicable refund, return, exchange, final-sale, damaged-product, and digital-product terms before purchasing.

25. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Icon Teez LLC and its owners, managers, representatives, contractors, and affiliates will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from Marketplace use where such liability may lawfully be limited.

Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be waived.

26. NO WAIVER OF CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing contained in this Legal Notice is intended to eliminate or restrict rights that customers possess under applicable:

  • Federal law;

  • Florida law;

  • Consumer-protection law;

  • Intellectual-property law; or

  • Other mandatory law.

If a provision conflicts with a nonwaivable legal requirement, the applicable law controls.

27. GOVERNING LAW

Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, this Legal Notice is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

28. VENUE

To the extent legally permitted, disputes concerning the Icon Teez Marketplace may be brought in an appropriate state or federal court serving Hillsborough County, Florida.

This provision does not eliminate jurisdictional or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

29. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

Icon Teez LLC expressly reserves all rights not specifically granted.

No failure to immediately enforce an intellectual-property right, contractual right, or other legal right constitutes a permanent waiver of that right.

Icon Teez LLC may revise this Legal Notice periodically to reflect:
