Ornate golden doors open toward a brilliant light, while a rich red carpet leads into a future made possible by courage, talent and persistence. Vintage film reels, an antique motion-picture camera, a director’s chair and a clapperboard surround the scene, representing the many people and creative roles required to transform the screen.
